Brief of Works

The scope of works included full demolition and removal of existing fit out for the restaurant in preparation for the new works, for the proposed medical centre fit out. Works consisted of a new reception/waiting area, office spaces, consult rooms, pathology area, kitchen and break out area. Located in the heart of Bay Street, Port Melbourne Traffic Management and OHS was undertaken with precision to ensure completed reduction of possible risk.
