Construction of 9 Platinum Grade Liveable Housing Australia Units (first of its kind for TAC). The units have been designed to be completely automated with current and future provisions for disability access and use. Typical features include iPad controls to blinds, doors, A/C, skylights, adjustable kitchen benches & bathroom vanities, duress controls, centralised hub (Unit 9), carers unit with ability to control all aspects to each unit.
