Brief of Works

A bustling community hub used by all ages, the Vermont Bowls Club underwent a full renovation and extension with works including new bathrooms with DDA requirements, large scale glazing and operable facade, commercial bar and kitchen area, community area and dance floor.

Externally the building was extended to allow for the new open plan design, extensive feature brickwork and cladding, new roof, substantial landscaping requirements, including a modwood deck area servicing the outdoor bar, concreted areas, DDA compliant ramps and new asphalt carpark areas.
