Brief of Works
The Frankston City Council Sandfield Reserve project consisted of the construction of a new public amenities building within the reserve precinct, including double masonry external walls on a raft slab application.
Works included handmade curved external brickwork, raked ceilings with 10mm expressed joint soffits, commercial grade Britex sanitary hardware throughout, automated door locking and security swipe systems, custom sculptform aluminium batten systems to raked ceilings, 6mm corten steel planter beds with exposed aggregate concrete infill, custom powder coated swing gates and perforated cubicle divider screens, as well as internal rendered wall finishes with anti graffiti applications.
