Brief of Works

Construction consisted of full library and classroom refurbishment with extensive asbestos demolition removal works, complete overhaul of exterior and internal window partitions and louvres, new mechanical and electrical systems. Finishes include new floor finishes, painting, interior kitchen joinery and furniture.

Construction of core filled blockwork lift shaft and Schindler lift designed to carry 10 passengers. Overhaul of exterior stair access to level 1 classrooms, including perforated metal panels and stainless-steel handrails to encapsulate stairs and balcony.

Construction of new concrete surrounding the existing staircase and light landscaping.
