Brief of Works
Complete strip out and demolition of existing 10,000m2 warehouse including asbestos removal to roof and façade knockdown. New works included building a fire rated tilt panel wall between existing tenancies still in operation to the rear of development, and dividing the new space into 3x separate tenancies including toilet blocks, kitchenettes, retail fit-out and new carpark area. Works also included a complete services upgrade to water mains, fire sprinkler and detection system, upgrading of electrical sub-station located on site and complete new mechanical air-conditioning system.
