Brief of Works

The Preston High School project was split into 3 separable portions and consisted of both internal and external works, to the existing closed high school. External works included major demolition of a section of the structure and civil works in preparation for the new outdoor student courtyard area, and landscaping. Internal works included major demolition works of the structure and redevelopment of the existing building to accommodate new learning areas, classrooms, offices and student amenities areas.
